How to buy USDT with Mobile Money, step by step
Buying USDT with your Mobile Money takes a few minutes once your account is verified. Here is the full process, with the points that prevent mistakes.
Before you start
You need a verified PayFaye account, a Mobile Money number with funds, and a USDT wallet address that belongs to you (in a wallet app or on an exchange).
Identity verification is required before your first exchange: front and back of an ID document and a selfie, in the app. You do it once.
The steps
- Open the Exchange screen and choose “Buy”, the USDT crypto and the amount in CFA francs. The rate, the fees and the amount you will receive appear right away.
- Choose the network (for example TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20): the one your wallet or platform accepts to receive USDT.
- Paste your wallet address. Check it character by character: a transfer to a wrong address cannot be undone.
- Confirm, then pay with your Mobile Money on the secure payment page. The rate is guaranteed for 30 minutes from the moment the order is created.
- Once the payment is confirmed and the payout checked (automatically for small amounts, by the team above a limit), the USDT is sent to your address.
- Follow the order in the app: “payment received”, “sending”, then “completed” with the transaction ID (hash) so you can find it on the blockchain.
