Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. Before your first trade, you upload an ID document (front, and back when needed) and a selfie. Our team reviews the verification.
Who can open an account?
Anyone aged 18 or over with a valid ID document. You can sign up with email, or with a Google or Apple account.
What are the fees?
A 2% margin included in the rate, a 1% Mobile Money fee when buying, and network fees estimated for the blockchain you choose. Everything is shown before you confirm.
How long does it take?
Once your payment is confirmed, the payout is checked by our team before it is sent. You follow every step in real time from your account.
Which crypto and which networks?
USDT: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, Solana, and TON; BTC: Bitcoin. Always pick the network that matches your wallet.
Which countries?
For selling to Mobile Money: Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Benin, Togo, and Mali. For buying, the payment methods offered depend on your country and are shown on the payment page.
Are there limits?
At the first verification level: 200,000 FCFA per transaction and 500,000 FCFA per month. At the higher level: up to 2,000,000 FCFA per transaction. Minimum: the equivalent of 10 USD.
What if I enter the wrong address?
Addresses are checked before the order, but a transfer confirmed on the blockchain cannot be reversed: always check the address and the network before you confirm.
Is there a mobile app?
The mobile app is coming soon on iPhone and Android. Meanwhile, everything works from your account on the website.
How do I get help?
With the assistant built into your account and the app: it answers from your own trades, and a team member takes over when needed.
How do I delete my account?
From your settings, at any time, except while a trade is in progress. See the steps.
